It is simply too expensive the way it is now.

I don't know if the county gets any funds from the state registration. If they do not, it would be in the county's best interest to get rid of the need to register as a sled to increase the number of people willing to buy a groomer sticker. Some folks are willing to spend the extra money for Inland Paper permits, etc. In this case the added cost coupled with the ridiculous multiple registrations can be too much to swallow.
