Click
here for a schedule information on the Festival
DIRECTIONS:
1-90 to Kingston Exit. Turn North (left from CDA), travel approximately 28 miles, up
the “CDA River Road”, you’ll pass the Snake Pit Restaurant, Town of
Prichard, And the turn to Murray, Idaho just keep going straight.
You'll be looking for the Shoshone Creek Road on the right.
Once you see Shoshone Creek road, turn right —you’re only about 5 miles
away at that point.
(NOTE: If you pass the Shoshone Creek turn by
mistake you will come up on the Forest Service Work Camp.
Simply turn around and head back until you find the Shoshone Creek
road.
Once again when you have turned on the Shoshone Creek Road you will only
go about 5 miles, there will be a sign that says mentions Berlin Flatts Camp Ground, this is
an indication your heading in
the right direction.
After you pass the intersecting road called Haystack Road you’re about
1/8 mile away from the camp.
It’s a large open field with a Forest Service Bathroom right at the
entrance.
Cell phone service didn’t work there the last time we where there so
don’t count on it. A quick ride to higher ground will be
needed if cell service required.
People will be arriving Thurs with
others on
Friday the 30th for camping at Hawkeye / Old Shoshone Workforce Center
field.
Depending on the campers attending we' may have a group Dinner Saturday night is
planning. Pulled Chicken or Beef Sandwiches and Potatoes salad, members to bring
potluck items to go with it.
Saturday we'll head into town earlier to watch the Parade and Festival.
Probably leave around 730am saturday.
There is a Forest Service Bathroom on site. Bring your RV's, Camp Trailers, or
Tents and plan to have some fun.

CANCELLED - To Be Rescheduled
Camping from the Quad ATV Riding /
Campout
We're having our 2nd annual campout weekend off the ATV's
Our "Rolling ATV Campout" is being held August 20-22nd. We'll be loading up the
quads and camping from the machines for a couple of days.
The tentative plan is to ride the East side of Priest Lake, and explore the
country. This is flexible, if anyone is familiar with some areas that they
would like to recommend, this can be changed. I anticipate this will be a
pretty easy ride, given the need to carry gear. The ride will be UTV friendly.
Friday evening's ride will be short, just enough to find a nice camp spot.
Saturday and Sunday, anticipate around 75 miles per day.
If you are interested, please sign up early, we'll be scheduling some
"pre-ride" meetings to get things organized. Given the limited space on the
quads, there is no use duplicating a lot of the same gear.
Contact Brian at brian.dunham@imaxmail.net or by
phone at 597-1301.

I hope to see you there!
