June 16th  - ATV / UTV Family Ride                                         
Night Ride—Happy Hermit— Spaghetti Feed

Meeting at the Bunco Parking Lot at 5:15pm and rolling off by 5:45pm
Please signup online so we can give an accurate head count to the Hermit. It’s an all you can eat Spaghetti night $8.50, or a Single French Dip sandwich & Chips $8.95)

SATURDAY's (June 26th) extreme sport ride is being switched to SUNDAY (the 27th). My sincere appologies to everyone, I have a conflict Saturday that slipped my mind until today. This month has just flown by. I hope this works for everyone. I'm calling everyone on the signup.

Meeting at the Bonner County Fairgrounds at 9am and leaving at 9:30am.

This will be an extreme-sport ride (X-Ride).  There is tricky, off camber terrain, some water crossings and a steep, rocky hill climb involved. The ride is up Baldy Mountain and Gisborn Mountain, west of Sandpoint. The loop will be approximately 80 miles. 
Bring a lunch. The ride offers some great views of Lake Pend Oreille, the Selkirks and the Pend Orielle river.

The ride will leave from the Bonner County Fairgrounds in Sandpoint.  Take Highway 95 North out of Sandpoint.  At Schweitzer Cutoff road (easy to find, it's where Wal-Mart is), take a left and go about 1/2 mile.  Road will end at a tee-you'll see the fairground across the road on the right.

One note, in previous postings you may have seen comments about going to Schweitzer and taking the ski lift down for lunch.  I talked with the people there, this year the road on the back side of the mountain is closed due to construction so we will NOT be going there.  It should be open next year, they didn't have anything against ATV access, just the construction.
