Per Sandra Mitchell
Another hurdle to
restoring our gas tax has been successfully jumped. As you can see
by the vote the House stands by the decision of the interim
committee to postpone the decision until next year, July 2011 and
then to restore the IDPR gas tax funds. We will continue to monitor
and make sure the bill moves smoothly down the track.
Again, thank you for all you did to make this happen; it would not
have without your intervention!
