EDIT: Pre-ride Monday Aug 10th showed 45 miles and about 5 hours including lunch. Expect darkness and more people at dinner to extend this to 6 hours. I also suggest some clear safety glasses/goggles. Even in the daylight a few branches caught us by surprise.

You MUST register for this ride. The restaurant needs a head count and I reserve the right to leave you behind if you don't sign up ahead of time. This area is heavily traveled and I need to know who belongs with us and who doesn't.

LOW Expect to be in low gear during the night portion of the ride navigating along the trail and around obstacles.
LIGHT Auxiliary lighting is highly recommended (light bars, cubes etc. Might be the perfect time to visit one of our Business Members and get outfitted.) Good flashlights also needed for technical areas where forward lighting may not reach. Bring something to cover your rear-view mirrors. You don't want to be blinded by the folks behind you.
LIMBO At last check there were multiple trees to drive under (but our 4 seater General made it).

Meet at Bunco parking lot at 5:00 roll out 5:30
Dinner at Gold Creek Lodge or BYO.
This is NOT the standard Bunco-to-Lakeview ride...we may or may not even go to Lakeview depending on daylight remaining after dinner.
There is no way to estimate a completion time for night rides. Some end at 11:00, some go past midnight...it's the nature of the beast. Tires pop, people don't follow the trail markers and we have to go find them...I suggest a Saturday afternoon nap. :)

Miles TBD but any standard machine should make it on a tank of fuel. Fuel is available at Gold Creek Lodge but I'm sure it's not cheap for them to transport and store it there. Plan accordingly.

It's not all doom and gloom (okay well it's pretty gloomy at night but...). Night rides are a ton of fun because the world looks a lot different in the darkness. Escape the city lights and come enjoy all the stars in the night sky (I probably just guaranteed it will rain that day).
